APPOINTMENTS

We will always fit in urgent appointments, even if the surgeries are fully booked. Just tell the receptionist what the problem is and she will make the necessary arrangements. Sometimes a short appointment will be enough, but if more time is needed to deal with a problem, especially if there’s more than one thing that concerns you, all you have to do is ask the receptionist to give you a longer appointment. If you do that, it helps us keep waiting times to a minimum.

You are free to consult any doctor but, if one particular illness goes on over a period of time, it’s better if you see the same doctor throughout it. If you can’t keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the time to another patient.
