We use our computer to record all consultations, major illnesses and medication issued.

It helps us to ensure that you receive relevant health checks such as cervical smears, and to monitor your health care and various long-term illnesses.

You may see any information held about you in the computer under the terms of the Data Protection Act - please apply in writing to the practice manager.
