
PROBLEMS AND SUGGESTIONS
We try to run our practice to provide a high quality service - your help in doing so will be appreciated. A comments leaflet is available at each surgery for you to suggest improvements you would like us to consider, or for general comments.
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints, our system meeting nationally agreed guidelines. If you do have any difficulties which you wish to bring to our attention in this way, our practice manager (Ruth Hepburn) will give you further information. Our practice complaints leaflet gives details of the procedure and is available from Reception.
Our aim is the give you the best possible standard of service, and if we do not meet this, we try to deal swiftly and sympathetically with any problems that may occur.
Equally, you will appreciate that all our staff have the right to work in a pleasant and safe environment. Any violent or abusive behaviour towards any staff member is therefore unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
