REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Patients on regular medication can obtain repeat prescriptions by phoning or calling in to the surgery during normal surgery hours. If ordering prescriptions by visiting the surgery, please complete a prescription request form and place it in the box provided at reception. Allow 2 working days for processing your request.

Prescriptions are produced by computer. The system lets the doctor know when review of your medicines and condition is required, and you may be asked to attend for such review by a doctor or nurse through a note attached to your prescription.
