REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Patients on regular medication can obtain repeat prescriptions by phoning, e-mailing or calling into the surgery.  Prescription requests received will be ready in 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

If you order your prescriptions by visiting the surgery, please either take along your completed tear off slip from your last prescription or fill in a prescription request form and put it in the box at reception.      

Prescriptions are produced by computer. The system lets the doctor know when review of your medicines and condition is required, and you may be asked to attend for such review by a doctor or nurse through a note attached to your prescription.
